AIRTEC Motorsport is excited to present the Stage 3 front mount intercooler kit with an integrated crash bar design (replacing the stock crash bar), specifically developed for modified Audi RS3 8V owners seeking exceptional cooling efficiency, power, and performance for track or fast road use.

Designed and tested at AIRTEC HQ in the UK, this intercooler features 70mm inlet and outlets that flow freely through custom CAD-designed end tanks into a stepped 100mm to 50mm deep single-pass core. The innovative integration of the crash bar allows the intercooler to maximise the use of the vehicle’s front grille area while maintaining the towing eye feature.

This upgrade provides a 125% increase in frontal area and a 108% increase in capacity compared to the standard unit, significantly reducing charge temperatures and making it ideal for modified RS3s with higher boost pressures. The intercooler supports over 500bhp, offering a substantial performance boost.

The intercooler fits neatly behind the original bumper and comes with a comprehensive kit, including a replacement bonnet catch, laser-cut brackets, and all necessary fixtures and fittings for a direct, bolt-on installation.
