The stepped-core design ensures the intercooler fits perfectly within the limited space behind the bumper, while increasing performance.

With a stepped core design from 110mm to 70mm, the new intercooler provides a remarkable 64% increase in overall capacity compared to the original unit. It also offers a 30% increase in frontal area, maximising airflow for superior cooling efficiency and performance.

Optimised Flow and Cooling Efficiency

The inlet side of the intercooler retains a 50mm diameter, reducing turbo lag, while the outlet side increases to 60mm, allowing for less restriction and a smoother air flow. This enhances the overall performance of your Yaris GR by reducing charge temperatures and increasing cooling efficiency.

The high-flow, moulded one-piece cast end tanks ensure correct airflow direction, while an internal air diverter improves flow efficiency. The result is a cooler, more powerful engine that is ready for track days or spirited drives on the road.

Easy Fitment and Reversibility

Despite the performance improvements, the AIRTEC Motorsport intercooler fits seamlessly behind the original bumper. No trimming or cutting is required, and the kit can be easily reverted to stock if needed.
