AIRTEC Motorsport is excited to unveil the Stage 3 Front Mount Intercooler Kit with Integrated Crash Bar Design, developed in-house at AIRTEC HQ in the UK. This performance upgrade is specifically designed for modified Audi TTRS 8S owners seeking the highest level of cooling efficiency and power, ideal for track or fast road use.

The innovative design features 70mm inlets and outlets, allowing unrestricted airflow through custom-engineered end tanks into a stepped, 100mm to 50mm deep, single-pass core. By incorporating the crash bar into the intercooler design, the kit maximises the use of the vehicle’s front grille area while retaining the towing eye feature for added practicality.

This upgrade provides a significant 125% increase in surface area and a 108% increase in volume compared to the OEM intercooler, resulting in drastically reduced charge temperatures. Perfect for highly modified cars running higher boost pressures, this intercooler can support over 500bhp.

While the intercooler fits behind the original bumper, some cutting and trimming will be required for proper installation. The kit comes complete with CAD-designed end tanks, laser-cut brackets, and all necessary fixtures and fittings for a direct, secure fit.
