The VW Transporter T6.1 2.0 CR TDI 200 PS comes equipped with the powerful Bosch MD1CS004 ECU—one of the most advanced and secure ECU systems to date. With Bosch’s latest tuning protection in place, traditional remapping methods are no longer viable, leaving tuners without a conventional solution… until now.
We are proud to introduce an effective tuning alternative for the 200 PS model: the Dimsport Rapid TPM Tuning Module, paired with a custom Avon Tuning calibration. This solution delivers a significant performance boost of approximately 40 hp and 30 nm, giving the 200 PS engine the extra edge it deserves.
While the factory-tuned 200 PS offers decent performance, there's still untapped potential under the hood. With our expertly developed TPM tuning map, you’ll benefit from improved throttle response, stronger mid-range torque, and a noticeably more engaging drive—all while maintaining OEM-level reliability and drivability.
For DSG-equipped vehicles, we also highly recommend pairing the TPM Module with the Dimsport FR (Fast Response) Pedal Module. This combination dramatically sharpens throttle input and eliminates the factory pedal lag, transforming the vehicle’s responsiveness in daily driving and under load.
About the Dimsport TPM Technology:
The Rapid TPM (Turbo Power Management) module has been designed for the latest generation of turbocharged engines, offering a safe and sophisticated tuning solution. Each module contains a dedicated microprocessor with FLASH and RAM EEPROMs, giving full control over boost pressure and fuel management systems.
Unlike basic plug-and-play boxes, our TPM system communicates via CAN BUS and SENT protocols, making it compatible with even the most advanced ECUs.
