The BMW 330e G21 combines petrol performance with electric efficiency, powered by the robust 2.0L B48 engine and hybrid drivetrain. While the factory 252 PS offers strong performance, the system is held back by strict ECU security and conservative factory calibration. With Bosch’s latest ECU protection in place, conventional remapping isn’t possible—but we have the perfect solution.
Introducing the Dimsport Rapid TPM Tuning Module, paired with a custom Avon Tuning performance map—an advanced tuning solution that delivers a significant gain of up to 50 hp and 70 nm, giving your 330e a more responsive and exhilarating driving experience without touching the ECU.
The hybrid setup in the 330e is highly capable, but the petrol engine alone can feel underwhelming—especially when battery power is low. Our custom TPM calibration maximises the performance of the combustion engine, enhancing torque delivery, responsiveness, and mid-range acceleration while preserving the seamless hybrid integration BMW is known for.
For automatic models (as found in the 330e), we also recommend pairing the TPM Module with the Dimsport FR (Fast Response) Pedal Module. This eliminates the frustrating throttle lag, making your BMW feel sharper and more dynamic in all drive modes.
TPM System Overview:
The Dimsport Rapid TPM (Turbo Power Management) module is engineered specifically for the newest generation of turbocharged engines and hybrid systems. Built with a high-speed microprocessor and dual EEPROMs, it integrates directly with your vehicle’s CAN BUS and supports SAE J2716 SENT protocols, ensuring seamless communication with even the most secure ECUs—like the MD1CS001 used in the 330e.
Although each TPM module comes preloaded with a base turbo/fuel map, our in-house Avon Tuning specialists go a step further, custom-logging your vehicle’s performance data and fine-tuning the TPM to suit your car and your driving preferences.
