As part of our expanding Yaris GR performance range, AIRTEC Motorsport is proud to introduce the Closed Air Induction System, designed for track and fast road use. This fully enclosed intake solution enhances airflow, throttle response, and induction noise, while maintaining low intake temperatures for maximum performance.

Engineered for Maximum Performance

Developed in-house at AIRTEC HQ in the UK, this highly efficient intake system is designed to optimise airflow while reducing heat soak, ensuring consistent power gains and improved engine response.

• Lightweight GRP Composite Airbox – Carefully moulded for thermal efficiency, this enclosed airbox prevents heat build-up, ensuring cooler intake temperatures for improved engine performance.

• Sealed Group-A Style Cotton Air Filter – Draws fresh air exclusively from the front intake, eliminating heat soak issues and maximising air density for enhanced combustion.

• 80mm Replacement MAF Housing & Intake Pipe – Optimised for maximum airflow, these black powder-coated components improve turbo efficiency while maintaining a factory-like appearance.

• Pro Hoses Silicone Connectors – High-quality reinforced silicone hoses ensure flexibility, durability, and a secure seal, maintaining intake pressure.

• Direct Replacement Design – Pre-built and ready to install, this intake kit requires no additional drilling or cutting, making installation quick and easy.

DYNO-Tested for Proven Gains

This system was developed on our comprehensively modified AIRTEC Motorsport Yaris GR, achieving:

• 335BHP with the Closed Air Induction System, delivering 5BHP more than our open filter induction kit.

• Thermal imaging tests confirmed significantly reduced heat soak, maintaining lower intake temperatures compared to open designs.
