As part of our growing Alfa Romeo performance range, AIRTEC Motorsport is proud to introduce the high-performance induction kit for the Alfa Romeo Giulia Quadrifoglio. Engineered for fast road and track use, this system optimises airflow, throttle response, and induction noise, while enhancing under-bonnet aesthetics.

The Challenge

The factory intake system in the Giulia Quadrifoglio features a single, shared airbox, positioned within the engine’s Vee formation and fed via front grille air ducts. The intake pipes then reroute air back towards the front of the car before entering the turbo inlets. This design introduces airflow restrictions due to tight bends and pinched sections, limiting efficiency and overall performance.

Designed and tested at AIRTEC HQ in the UK, this high-flow induction kit overcomes the limitations of the stock intake by improving airflow efficiency, throttle response, and intake acoustics, resulting in enhanced performance and an aggressive induction note.

• Twin 90mm Free-Flowing Cotton Air Filters – Replacing the restrictive factory airbox, these large filters allow for significantly increased airflow, optimising engine performance.

• 90mm High-Flow Aluminium Intake Pipes – Unlike the factory setup, our mirror-image intake pipes feature an uninterrupted 90mm diameter, ensuring zero restrictions for maximum airflow and improved turbo response.

• Laser-Cut Air Guides – Precision-engineered aluminium air guides help maintain lower intake temperatures by effectively channelling cold air towards the filters.

• Retains OEM Air Feeds – The factory front air intakes are retained and work in conjunction with our air guides to provide a continuous flow of cold air.

• Premium Black Powder-Coated Finish – Durable high-quality black powder coat ensures long-lasting performance and a premium look under the bonnet.

Installation & Fitment

This direct replacement induction kit requires no additional drilling or cutting, making installation straightforward. It comes complete with all necessary fixtures, fittings, and detailed instructions for a hassle-free DIY or professional fit.

Note: Over time, excessive engine movement due to worn engine mounts may result in minor clearance issues with the larger pipework, but this will not affect performance.

Important: The original engine cover must be removed for proper fitment.
