Crafted from premium-grade lightweight titanium, this system delivers an impressive 31.8% weight reduction compared to the factory exhaust, saving 6.12 kg. Developed specifically for vehicles equipped with Gasoline Particulate Filters (GPF), it is fully EC/ECE type-approved, ensuring road legality throughout the UK and Europe.

Advanced Engineering and Unrivalled Craftsmanship

Akrapovič has pushed the boundaries of exhaust design by incorporating complex cast titanium components, including exhaust valve housings and precision-engineered collectors. All elements are produced in-house at Akrapovič’s state-of-the-art titanium foundry.

Featuring enlarged main exhaust tubes and a special control kit with electronically actuated valves, the Slip-On Line system delivers a refined, sporty sound that adapts across all driving modes, offering the perfect balance between performance and comfort.

Tailpipe Options

The system must be completed with a choice of premium tailpipes, available in:

• Hexagonal carbon-fibre/titanium

• Round carbon-fibre/titanium

Both designs feature integrated acoustic reflectors to subtly direct external exhaust notes into the cabin, enhancing the immersive driving experience of the BMW M5.

Performance Gains

When tested on Akrapovič’s in-house dyno, the Slip-On Line system achieved outstanding performance improvements:

• +5.2 kW (7.1 hp) at 2,050 rpm

• +24.3 Nm of torque at 2,050 rpm

These gains not only enhance the vehicle’s responsiveness but also contribute to a more exhilarating driving experience.

Simple Installation

The Akrapovič Slip-On Line (Titanium) Exhaust System is designed for straightforward plug-and-play installation, with no remapping required.
Please note: cutting of the stock exhaust system is necessary during installation. It is recommended to carefully review the supplied fitting instructions before beginning the installation process.
