With impressive mesh dimensions of 550 mm x 445 mm x 70 mm (equivalent to 17,130 cc), this intercooler offers a 134% larger flow area and an astonishing 105% more charge air volume compared to the stock intercooler. The Competition high performance network, equipped with internal turbulators, guarantees the highest quality and efficiency.
Although this intercooler is large, it weighs only a light 9.5 kg. The end boxes are made of high-quality cast aluminium and have been optimised using CFD flow analysis to ensure optimum performance.The connection diameters of Ø62 mm at the intercooler inlet and Ø67 mm at the intercooler outlet ensure smooth airflow. The result is excellent cooling properties with minimal back pressure.
All our charge air coolers are equipped with an anti-corrosion coating that not only protects against environmental influences, but also offers excellent heat conduction properties. This guarantees lasting and optimal cooling, resulting in an impressive increase in performance. Our intercooler kit is completely ready to install and can be easily replaced with the stock intercooler - plug and play. This makes the upgrade a breeze.
