It ensures sufficient airflow for adjacent components such as the water cooler, yet is lightweight.
The end boxes of our intercooler are made of high-quality cast aluminium and have been flow-optimised in the CAD system. This results in optimum internal airflow and improved cooling performance. Thanks to integrated air baffles at the inlet, uniform filling of the charge air cooler is ensured. The result is excellent cooling properties with minimal backpressure. Our intercooler forms a stable unit together with the original cross-member. Despite the new Competition high-performance mesh.
